Cristen is a cum laude graduate of Florida State University, and received her juris doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2010. While at Stetson University College of Law, Cristen served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Stetson Law Review. Prior to opening her own practice, Ms. Martinez served as a intern to the Honorable Cheryl Thomas in Tampa, Florida. She also gained extensive knowledge and experience in real estate and general civil matters while working at statewide law firms, Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel, & Burns, LLP, GrayRobinson, and Broad and Cassel.

Cristen is admitted to practice law throughout the State of Florida and is a member of the United States Supreme Court and Middle District of Florida Federal Court. Cristen has served on the Board of Directors and is the Past-President of Women Lawyers of Pasco. She routinely provides educational seminars to real estate brokerages and title companies relating to a variety of real estate legal issues. She also hosts monthly live classes and Q&A roundtables on her Realtor subscription portal, Your In-House Counsel.

Cristen has litigated cases for clients ranging from multi-million dollar corporations to individual homeowners. Her experience in the large law firm setting has given her a perspective and skill set that very few solo practitioners possess. She is therefore able to offer her clients the expert legal advice one would expect from a large law firm, while providing the personal attention and service her clients deserve. Cristen specializes in transactional real estate matters and real estate litigation. 

Cristen resides in Tampa, Florida with her husband, daughter, step daughter, and two dogs.

A dedicated problem solver, Mandi has experience in a variety of subject matters, including labor & employment, real estate, contracts, intellectual property, HOA disputes, personal injury, negligent security, property damage, civil rights, and class actions. Mandi has experienced the practice of law from both sides of the bench, having clerked for U.S. District Judge Gregory A. Presnell and U.S. District Judge Charlene Edwards Honeywell, both in the Middle District of Florida. She prides herself on being efficient and responsive to her clients and is dedicated to providing practical advice tailored to fit each client’s specific goals. Mandi is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator, a U.S. District Court Mediator, and a trained arbitrator.

Mandi truly has a talent for understanding and explaining the law and its nuances in ways that most law school professors and supervising attorneys never could. Her ability to adjust her communication style to her audience and articulate complicated arguments in easily digestible facets is greatly admired.

Within the legal community, Mandi is well respected among both practitioners and the judiciary. She began her pro bono work in 2008, her first year in private practice, by representing a teenager who was shot in the back by police officers, giving her immediate trial experience. She is also passionate about mental health and has spoken publicly about this issue to groups around the country.

Scott V. Goldstein is an experienced and tenacious attorney with wide ranging experience in the areas of real property and commercial law and litigation. With more than a decade of hard earned experience as a civil litigator and transactional attorney, Scott has represented major financial institutions, investors, commercial landlords, property management companies, property associations, small businesses, and individuals in matters involving drafting and litigating contracts, real estate disputes, homeowner and condominium association matters, secured transactions, loan restructuring, business entity formation and governance, general corporate matters and disputes, business torts, and many other issues of the law.

Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with honors from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree in 2009 from Florida Coastal School of Law where he earned the Governor’s Merit Based Scholarship through hard work and dedication. Since admission to the Florida Bar, Scott proved his dedication to his clients by tirelessly and ethically advocating for clients across the State of Florida.

In Scott’s spare time, he enjoys exercising along Bayshore Blvd., entertaining and socializing with family and friends, going to the beach, exploring all that Florida has to offer, and traveling.

Victoria is an associate attorney with a strong foundation in real estate law, leveraging extensive experience in real estate sales and investing to provide clients with comprehensive legal guidance. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law in May 2024, where she explored her interest in real estate and construction law.

Prior to pursuing a legal career, Victoria spent several years in the real estate industry, where she developed a keen understanding of market dynamics and investment strategies. This unique background enables her to offer valuable insights to clients navigating complex real estate transactions, from large acquisitions to basic lease agreements.

At Stetson, she distinguished herself as a dedicated advocate, participating in various legal clinics and internships that enriched her practical experience. Victoria was a Stetson Ambassador, assisting with various events and leadership commitments on and off campus.

In addition to her legal practice, Victoria is committed to continuous learning and professional development, staying informed about the latest trends and changes in construction law and real estate law. She believes in the importance of building strong relationships with clients and is dedicated to providing personalized service tailored to each client's unique needs.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys golfing, boating, and volunteering. 

Kelley is currently a 1L Flex student at Stetson University College of Law, where she is working towards her dream of becoming a lawyer. While attending school part-time, she serves as a dedicated Law Clerk at Martinez Law. In this role, she provides essential support to the firm’s attorneys, including conducting legal research, drafting documents, preparing cases, assisting with client interactions, and offering court support. Her academic achievements in law school, particularly in her contracts coursework, position her to make meaningful contributions to the firm’s legal practice. 

Kelley’s passion for the legal profession has been inspired by several attorneys in her family, as well as the mentorship and expertise of the attorneys at Martinez Law. She initially joined the firm in late 2023 as the Director of Marketing and Business Development, where she played a pivotal role in more than doubling the firm’s social media presence and driving client growth. With over eight years of marketing and sales experience, her excellent communication skills continue to be a valuable asset to the firm.

Outside of her legal studies and work, Kelley is actively involved in the Tampa Bay community. She participates in several local organizations, including the Clearwater Bar Association, Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers, and La Femme Institute Non-Profit. She currently resides in Pinellas County with her husband and cat. As a lifelong learner, she enjoys discovering new books and developing new skills.

Stephanie is a Certified Public Accountant with over ten years of experience, and is excited to bring her knowledge of accounting, business and project management to Martinez Law. She graduated from Florida State University with a Master of Accountancy degree. While at Florida State University, Stephanie was a member of the All-Girl Cheerleading team while gaining experience as an assistant accountant with Mitchell and Company. Prior to joining the team, Stephanie worked as a financial reporting manager at Transamerica and as an audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she managed a team over financial reporting and oversight duties. These duties included management of an audit from start to finish including client relations, oversight and review in the production of fund financial statements and SEC filings, valuation of hard to price investment securities as well as review and approval of fund budgets. Stephanie resides in Lutz, FL with her husband and two children.

Stephanie’s involvement in community service includes working with the United Way participating in community clean up projects and Junior Achievement as a JA Be Entrepreneurial volunteer.



Xhevaire received her B.A. in International Business from St. Petersburg College. She began her career in banking as Teller Manager with Wachovia Bank N.A. (now known as Wells Fargo). She then moved her customer service talents and financial skills into the world of Property Management. She started with Camden Development and then moved to develop her career with Cortland during a property acquisition. She excelled through her career starting as a Leasing Consultant to becoming a Senior Community Manager for the largest asset owned in the Florida portfolio. Her daily responsibilities included managing all the financials for the asset, managing a team of over 20 individuals, handling any resident community concerns, and ensuring the esthetics of the community were maintained daily. She was also a Peer Coach and trained new incoming Community Managers for Cortland in the state of Florida. 

Xhevaire loves to volunteer in her local community through hosting donation drives, creating fundraising events and participating in local running races that give back.



Leonah is currently studying part time towards a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Econometrics while she works as a full-time executive assistant for Martinez Law firm. She is enthusiastic and committed to providing our clients with excellent customer service and has over 8 years’ experience in this field. Leonah started her career in admin when she worked as primary school teacher’s assistant where she established her skills in communication and quickly developed a passion for children.

 She later went on to develop her skills in administration and worked in varies industries including financial, insurance, pharmaceuticals, construction and the medical industry. Leonah’s journey from South Africa to her role as an administrator in Lutz, Florida is an inspiring testament to her tenacity, dedication, and unwavering pursuit of excellence.

 Leonah loves children and is passionate about her religion, and often spends her Sunday’s volunteering as a Sunday school teacher. During her spare time, she attends local events where she provides catering services and develops her interpersonal skills. Leonah resides with her partner and has been a part of our team for over a year providing exceptional service to our clients and is always looking forward to speaking and assisting you.

Sandy earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Montclair State University in New Jersey. She went on to complete an ABA Approved Paralegal Studies Program at MSU. Sandy has a varied background as a legal assistant and paralegal. She began her career in law by working with Children’s Aid and Family Services for the State of New Jersey. Sandy gained invaluable experience as an assistant to an Appellate attorney before becoming a government paralegal for the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, working closely to support the Office of General Counsel and Florida State Troopers specifically. She also earned her professional teaching license and worked as an educator for some time.

Sandy was excited to join the Martinez Law team in early 2024 and bring her experience with the Court System and her organizational skills to the firm. 

Sandy currently lives with her husband and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Cookie. As a devoted mother to two daughters, she cherishes every moment spent with her family. 

Kendall is a diligent and enthusiastic administrative assistant currently pursuing her passion of learning everything she can about Florida law. She is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies from St. Petersburg College and is dedicated to gaining practical experience and making meaningful contributions to the legal field. Currently in her Sophomore year at SPC, Kendall has excelled in her coursework and is on track to graduate early with her degree. She possesses a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and analysis, honed through coursework. Kendall was thrilled to join the team in the Summer of 2024. 

Beyond the office, Kendall enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and owning her own business as a photographer. 

With 8 years of experience in customer service, Ricquell has developed a strong foundation in delivering quality service and building meaningful client relationships across various industries. Her journey started in South Africa, driven by a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and creating positive experiences. She has a solid background in management, where she blends strategic thinking with practical problem-solving. Her focus on continuous learning and adaptability has helped her become a well-rounded customer service professional. 

Driven by a deep commitment to service, she is guided by the belief that putting God first is the foundation of a purposeful life. This principle informs both her work and personal life, where she aims to lead with kindness, empathy, and unwavering dedication. Whether in her professional role or in moments spent reading her Bible, she strives to live out these values daily.

Pavlova is a dedicated and passionate professional with over five years of experience in customer service. Throughout her career, she has honed her communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, consistently striving to provide exceptional service and create positive experiences for customers. Currently, she is studying towards her bachelor’s degree in education, which reflects her commitment to personal growth and desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, particularly through teaching and learning.

As a proud South African and a devoted mom to one, she embraces every challenge and opportunity that life presents. Her role as a mother has taught her the importance of balance, resilience, and adaptability. She firmly believes in living life to the fullest, always striving to do her best and push beyond her limits, whether at work, in my studies, or at home.

Pavlova is both a learner and a leader, stepping into leadership roles when needed, while remaining open to learning from those around her. One of her strongest qualities is her unwavering dedication. She approaches every task and responsibility with passion, focus, and commitment. She strives to make a positive difference in both her professional and personal life, constantly seeking ways to grow, support others, and contribute to her community.

Nicky Eva is a results-driven professional with over 17 years of experience in driving operational efficiency, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. She has a proven track record of success in identifying business opportunities and implementing process improvements.

Nicky holds several professional qualifications, including Project Management, Basic Labour Relations training by The South African Labour Guide, and is a certified TEFL/TESOL teacher. She has also been trained in Stress Management and Fundraising for Non-Profits. These qualifications underscore her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Nicky's passion extends beyond the workplace. She is a fervent advocate for her community, actively engaging with various non-profit organizations. Her efforts were recognized in 2003 when she was a finalist in the Sowetan/Old Mutual/SABC Community Builder awards. Additionally, Nicky's deep respect for nature and wildlife is evident in her work planning and running a festival that donated all profits to a lion sanctuary in South Africa. She believes in paying it forward and consistently seeks ways to make a positive impact on the world around her.

Robert Walker is the Director of Business Development at Martinez Law, bringing over two decades of experience in hospitality management. Throughout his career, he has been committed to delivering exceptional service and fostering meaningful relationships. His ability to connect with people and anticipate their needs made him a natural leader in the hospitality industry, where he honed his skills in client engagement, operations, and business growth.

As his career evolved, Robert transitioned into the title insurance industry, where he discovered a profound passion for helping individuals achieve the dream of homeownership. He found great fulfillment in guiding clients through one of the most significant milestones of their lives, ensuring they felt informed, confident, and supported throughout the process.
